With a PhD in acoustics defended at the Acoustics Laboratory of Le Mans University (LAUM) and 11 years of experience in metamaterials, Clément Lagarrigue started his entrepreneurial activity by creating Metacoustic in 2015 in order to promote his research work as well as those of LAUM. Winner of several grants and competitions such as I-lab, SATT Ouest Valorisation maturation fund and the Yves Rocard medal (Société Française d’Acoustique), Clément continues to develop the company which now has 5 members and strengthens its activity to offer the acoustic metamaterials of tomorrow to its industrial customers.
